Stuck on negative thoughts? What Delete Script says it does
A nightly script routine aimed at negative thinking.
Who it's for
- People who like scripted self-talk, journaling or affirmation routines.
- Buyers who'll test it quickly and use the refund if it's not for them.
Who should skip it
- Anyone with lasting low mood, anxiety or thoughts of self-harm. Please contact a doctor, a therapist or a crisis line such as 988 in the US.
- People who want to know exactly what's inside before buying. The page gives little detail.
What you get
The vendor's page is light on detail. It says:
- A one-time purchase, with no subscription mentioned
- A script routine you start at night, introduced by a guide named on the page
- A full refund if it doesn't work, per the order button
These details come from the vendor and can change. Check the offer page before you buy.
Honest caveats
- The page uses a countdown and a match with a member named Sharon. That's a sales tactic, not part of the product.
- The vendor's own disclaimer says it isn't medical advice and to check with a health professional.
- The headline promises to delete negative thoughts overnight. No program can promise that.
